Ms. Giselle

Ms. Giselle is a certified teacher and reading specialist in the state of New Jersey. She has been an educator for over 16 years and currently works as a literacy coach, providing professional development and literacy support to teachers of Pre-K to Grade 5. Ms. Giselle is Orton-Gillingham approach certified educator (Orton-Gillingham approach is a multisensory phonics technique for remedial reading instruction. It is practiced as a direct, explicit, cognitive, cumulative and multi-sensory approach).

She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Spanish, as well as a master’s degree in Education. Ms. Giselle has also taught English Language Learners online and in person, for over 4 years. She is passionate about helping every child succeed and demonstrates this through her differentiated lessons and the relationships she builds with students. In her free time, Ms. Giselle enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.
