• Admissions Coach
  
  We are a premier education company seeking highly skilled coaches to join our dynamic team.
  ‍
  Responsibilities
  You will be working with students both in one-on-one settings and in-group settings to help them navigate their path towards the college admissions process. Ultimately, as a Coach, you will have the opportunity to listen to high school students, put your feet in their shoes, help them navigate their education and career paths, and act as their mentor.
  ‍
  Key Role
  Support and assist high school students in obtaining their personal and learning goals.
  
  Meet with students periodically at agreed-upon times and help them develop, implement, and celebrate their key measurement objectives.
  
  Maintain accurate records of coaching results, challenges, breakthroughs, and achievements.
  ‍
  Provide recommendations and support through personal experience, events, competitions, and products that will benefit students in the college application process.
  ‍
  Build extraordinary student relationships that create "raving fan" clients by enabling them to achieve their goals.
  Lead workshops on student skills (study skills, time management, etc.).
  Provide information about extracurricular activities (volunteering, summer programs, special projects).
  Coach students through independent projects (non-profit, small business, community workshop, etc.).
  
  The ultimate goal of a growth coach is to help students be admitted to their dream universities, which is the beginning of an exciting journey.
  
  Qualifications
  Must be currently attending a graduate program or graduated from top 50 universities.
  Prefer applicants with leadership experience and work experience.
  Passionate about mentoring high school students (9th - 12th grade) and support them in academic, extracurricular, and personal challenges.
  Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple students concurrently and achieve client and company goals.
  Able to effectively influence and build rapport with high school students in high pressure situations.
  Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
