Xinghua Solinsky graduated as a Dean's List student at Boston University's MBA program in 2008. Prior to founding Maccabee, she worked in equity research at a boutique Wall Street firm and passed all three levels of CFA the exam. She is a member of IECA, board of trustees of NYC Robotics, a (501c) non-profit organization. Ms. Solinsky is a sought-after speaker and expert in K-12 and boarding school admissions. To date, every student she has worked with received offers from their top-choice schools.

Lloyd, an esteemed educational advisor with over 40 years in the field, holds degrees from Hamilton and Middlebury Colleges, with doctoral coursework at the University of Pennsylvania. Known for his in-depth industry understanding and prioritization of clients, he effectively positions candidates academically. Lloyd's network spans numerous institutions globally, contributing to his success in forming partnerships with major organizations like Exxon and Rockwell. He's also a recognized speaker and trainer on educational and business practices internationally. A founding member and past president of the IECA, he is a Certified Educational Planner and affiliated with several professional bodies.

Zin Foreign Language Teaching and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Wang-Moore has a deep understanding of the academic system. Her previous roles include: language-learning editor, educational consultant, Johns Hopkins University instructor, and K-12 private and public school teacher. Having grown up in Taiwan and lived in the US for over a decade, Ms. Wang-Moore's cross-cultural understanding guides her coaching of students from every background.
