Known for his in-depth industry understanding and prioritization of clients, he effectively positions candidates academically. Lloyd's network spans numerous institutions globally, contributing to his success in forming partnerships with major organizations like Exxon and Rockwell. He's also a recognized speaker and trainer on educational and business practices internationally. A founding member and past president of the IECA, he is a Certified Educational Planner and affiliated with several professional bodies.

With over 20 years of experience in education and student development, Letitia has supported thousands of students from elementary through graduate school. Raised across Taiwan, Canada, and the United States in a family business environment, she brings rare fluency in navigating cultural transitions, family expectations, and the complexities of bicultural identity.
An instructor at Johns Hopkins University and collaborator with Virginia Tech, she is pursuing doctoral research in educational psychology, intercultural communication, and student motivation within competitive academic environments.
